00 Start Here: Orientation & Roadmap§

Welcome to the Team.

You are reading this because we believe you have the talent to work with us. However, talent alone is not enough. To work remotely, efficiently, and without micromanagement, you need a System.

This document explains how we work and what you will do today to get certified.

1. Our Philosophy: Trust by Default§

We do not want to be "managers" who watch your screen or count your mouse clicks. We want to be "partners" who pay you for results.

To make this possible, we use a specific operating system designed for Radical Transparency:

  1. Async First: We don't do unnecessary meetings. We communicate via clear writing and status updates.
  2. Deep Work: We don't want you multi-tasking. We want you to focus on one account for 90 minutes, then rest.
  3. Output > Hours: We track hours for fairness, but we judge performance by what you produce (High-quality Reddit posts).
  4. Honesty is Safe: If you make a mistake (e.g., a post gets deleted), tell us instantly. We fix it together. If you hide a mistake, trust is BROKEN.

2. The Toolkit (Your Virtual Office)§

We keep it simple. We stripped away complex tools to let you focus on work.

  • Telegram: Your "Voice". This is where you say "I am starting" or "I am done".
  • Google Sheets: Your "Clock". Simple start/stop time logging.
  • Google Docs: Your "Journal". Daily Reports on mood and results.
  • NotebookLM: Your "Coach". An AI that knows all our rules. Ask it before you ask us.

3. The Onboarding Roadmap (The Bootcamp)§

Your first mission is not to "work". Your first mission is to learn the system. You will go through a 1-Day Bootcamp. You must complete all phases to become an active operator.

Here is your schedule for today:

🟢 Phase A: Setup (30 Mins)§

  • Goal: Get access to the tools.
  • Action: Join Telegram, setup Browser Profiles, create your "Onboarding Log".

🟡 Phase B: The Download (60 Mins)§

  • Goal: Understand the "Big Picture".
  • Action: Use NotebookLM to understand the flow of data and our core mindsets.

🟠 Phase C: The Mastery Loop (3-4 Hours)§

  • Goal: Deep Dive into the rules.
  • Action: Read the 6 Subsystems (Communication, Time, Reporting...) and pass the AI Quizzes to prove you understand them.

🔴 Phase D: The Simulation (90 Mins)§

  • Goal: The Final Exam.
  • Action: Simulate a short workday with dummy tasks. We will watch your Telegram pings and Reporting live.

✨ Phase E: Graduation§

  • Goal: Go Live.
  • Action: You get access to the real Reddit Strategy and start your first paid shift.
