Detailed Curriculum§

🟢 Phase A: System Setup§

  • What happens: You will set up your digital workspace.
  • Key Actions:
    • Create "Work" Browser Profile.
    • Join Telegram Group.
    • Access Google Drive (Sheets/Docs).
    • Verify NotebookLM Access.
    • Create your "Onboarding Log" document.
  • Output: A fully functional, secure environment ready for work.

🟡 Phase B: Orientation & Mindsets§

  • What happens: You download the philosophy of the system into your brain.
  • Key Actions:
    • Read the Executive Summary (generated by AI).
    • Understand the "Async" and "Deep Work" mindsets.
    • Pass the "Culture Fit" entrance exam (via NotebookLM).
  • Output: You understand why we work this way.

🟠 Phase C: The Mastery Loop (The Core)§

  • What happens: You learn the 6 specific Subsystems. You will Read -> Test -> Explain.
  • The Modules:
    1. Work Cycle: How to use Telegram Pings (🟢 Online, ✅ Done).
    2. Time Tracking: How to log blocks in Google Sheets.
    3. Execution: How to manage focus and browser hygiene.
    4. Reporting: How to write the Daily Report Doc.
    5. Knowledge: How to use NotebookLM before asking humans.
    6. Security: How to protect data (BitLocker, Passwords).
  • Output: Proven knowledge (Quiz Screenshots & Voice Notes) for every rule.

🔴 Phase D: The Simulation (Dry Run)§

  • What happens: You simulate a fast-forward workday using Dummy Tasks.
  • Key Actions:
    • You will "start" a shift.
    • You will perform research (Dummy Tasks).
    • You will report status via Telegram live.
    • You will handle a simulated problem using AI.
    • You will submit a final Daily Report.
  • Output: Proof that you can operate the system without errors.

✨ Phase E: Graduation§

  • What happens: You get the keys to the kingdom.
  • Key Actions:
    • Send the commitment message.
    • Receive the specific Reddit Strategy/SOPs.
    • Start your first paid live shift.
