Phase B: Orientation & Mindsets§

Goal: Understand the philosophy behind the system. You need to understand "Why" we work this way (Async, Deep Work, Radical Honesty).

Time Estimate: 45 - 60 Minutes


Step 1: The "Big Picture" Download§

  1. Open NotebookLM.
  2. Select all uploaded source documents (the entire System Knowledge Base).
  3. Prompt: "Act as a Senior Operations Manager. Give me a 150-word Executive Summary of this Personal Management System. Focus on the Reporting and Communication flow."
  4. Action: Read the answer carefully.
  5. Log: Copy the summary into your Onboarding Log (Google Doc) under the heading "Phase B: Executive Summary".

Step 2: The Map§

  1. Prompt NotebookLM: "Create a text-based ASCII diagram showing how work flows from Input (Telegram/Sheet) to Output (Daily Report) and when I need to send messages."
  2. Action: Study the flow. Does it make sense?
  3. Log: Paste the diagram into your Onboarding Log.

Step 3: Mindset Absorption§

  1. Read: Open and read the file 05 Key Mindsets.md (focus on "Radical Honesty" and "Output over Hours").
  2. Reflect: In your Onboarding Log, write 3 bullet points answering: How does this differ from my previous jobs?

Step 4: The Entrance Exam§

  1. Prompt NotebookLM: "Based on the Orientation and Mindset files, ask me 3 difficult Yes/No questions to test if I align with the culture. If I fail, tell me why."
  2. Action: Answer the questions in the chat.
  3. Log: Screenshot the result.

✅ Phase B Checklist§

  • Executive Summary copied to Log.
  • System Diagram copied to Log.
  • Mindset Reflection written.
  • Entrance Exam passed.
