Phase B: Key Mindsets (The Learnbook)§

Objective: This is your reading material for Phase B. Context: Read this document to pass the "Culture Fit" exam in NotebookLM.

1. Async First (Deep Work > Instant Replies)§

We do not expect you to reply instantly. We expect you to focus deeply. * The Trap: Checking Telegram every 2 minutes destroys your brain's ability to do complex work. * The Habit: Work in blocks. Check messages between blocks. * The Exception: If you are blocked (cannot continue work), ask immediately.

2. Radical Honesty (Bad News First)§

We can fix almost any problem together. We cannot fix a problem we don't know about. * Scenario: You accidentally posted on a Personal Account instead of a Work Account. * Bad Reaction: Hide it, delete it, hope nobody notices. (This gets you fired). * Good Reaction: Post in Telegram: "🚨 I made a mistake. Wrong account. Deleted immediately. Checking IP safety." (This gets you respect).

3. Pull, Don't Push (Ownership)§

Do not wait for us to tell you "Do task X". * The Mindset: You know the goal (post on accounts). You have the tools. * The Action: Look at the plan, grab the next task, announce it (▶️ Starting), and do it. You drive the car.

4. Output > Hours (Results Matter)§

We track hours for fairness and billing, but we value Output. * The Reality: Sitting at your desk for 8 hours but producing 0 quality posts is useless. * The Goal: Work efficiently. If you finish your goals in 4 hours, that is better than dragging it out to 8 hours.

5. Security is Paranoia§

We operate in a hostile environment (Reddit bans, algorithm changes). * The Rule: Never mix work and personal life. Not even once. * The Habit: Always check your Browser Profile before doing the first click.

6. Consult the Oracle (AI First)§

We have documented everything in NotebookLM. * The Habit: Before asking a human manager "How do I...?", ask the AI. * Why: It saves everyone time and helps you become autonomous.

Summary: We treat you like a professional partner. We give you freedom and trust. In return, we demand honesty, focus, and security discipline.
