Phase E: Graduation & Live Fire§

Goal: Transition from "Trainee" to "Active Operator". Status: You have passed the Simulation (Phase D). You are now trusted to handle real accounts and real data.

1. The Handshake (Commitment)§

You have proven that you can manage yourself, report honestly, and use our tools correctly.

Action: Send a final formal message in Telegram:

"Phase E initiated. I confirm that I have understood the protocols for Reporting, Communication, and Security. I am ready for the Reddit SOPs."

2. Access Unlock (The "Real" Work)§

Now that you understand the Management System (How we work), you are ready for the Operational System (What we do).

  1. Receive the Reddit SOPs: Your Manager will now share the specific "Reddit Execution Guide" or "Posting Strategy" documents with you.
  2. Load NotebookLM: Upload these new Reddit SOPs into your NotebookLM so you can query them (e.g., "What flairs should I use for Subreddit X?").
  3. Archive the Onboarding Log: You no longer need the "Onboarding Log". From now on, you only use the Daily Report Google Doc.

3. Your First Live Shift§

Tomorrow (or today, if instructed) is your first real day.

The "Live Fire" Rules: * Safety First: If you are unsure about a post, ask NotebookLM first. If still unsure, ask in Telegram. Do not guess. * Pacing: Do not rush. Accuracy > Speed. * Reporting: Follow the cycle you practiced in Phase D: 1. 🟢 Online 2. Work on Account 1 -> Account 1 Done -> Break. 3. Work on Account 2 -> Account 2 Done -> Break. 4. 🔴 Offline + Daily Report Link.

  • Sent the commitment message in Telegram.
  • Received access to the Reddit SOPs/Strategy.
  • Uploaded Reddit SOPs to NotebookLM.
  • Confirmed start time for the first real shift.
