03 Subsystem: Execution & Focus Protocols§

Objective: Create an environment where mistakes are impossible and focus is automatic. Principle: "Single-Tasking. One Browser Profile. Zero Distractions."

1. The "Deep Work" Standard§

We pay for your focus, not just your time. When you are in a Work Block (logged in the Sheet), the following rules apply:

  1. Phone Away: Your phone must be in another room or in "Do Not Disturb" mode.
  2. Single Tab Policy: You only have the tabs open that are relevant to the current Account. Close everything else (YouTube, Personal Email, News).
  3. No Context Switching: Do not jump between Account A and Account B. Finish A completely, take a break, then start B.

2. Browser Hygiene (Critical for Reddit)§

To protect our accounts and prevent data leaks, strict browser discipline is required.

A. The "Work Profile"§

You must use a dedicated Browser Profile (Chrome/Brave/Firefox) named "WORK". * NEVER log into personal accounts (Facebook, personal Gmail) on this profile. * NEVER use the Reddit accounts on your personal browser profile. * Why? Websites track cookies and browser fingerprints. Mixing profiles links your personal identity to our work accounts, which leads to bans.

B. Incognito Mode§

If you need to research sensitive topics or check how a post looks to the public: * Use Incognito/Private Windows.

3. The "Pre-Flight" Check§

Before you send the Telegram message ▶️ Starting [Account], perform this 10-second check:

  1. Am I in the correct Browser Profile?
  2. Is my phone silent/away?
  3. Do I have water/coffee? (Remember: No breaks once the timer starts).
  4. Do I know exactly what I need to do for this account?

4. Handling "Brain Fog"§

If you feel your focus slipping or you are staring at the screen doing nothing: 1. Stop. Do not force it. 2. End the Work Block immediately. 3. Log the time. 4. Ping Telegram: ✅ Account Paused. Brain fog. Taking 15 mins. 5. Walk away. It is better to stop and rest than to make mistakes while tired.
