04 Subsystem: Daily Reporting§
Objective: Provide a qualitative summary of the day. Data tells us what you did; this report tells us how you are doing. Tool: Personal Google Doc (The "Daily Report") Frequency: Every single workday.
1. The Daily Report Document§
You will maintain a running Google Doc (or a folder with daily docs).
Naming Convention: Daily Report - [YYYY-MM-DD] - [Your Name]
The Required Structure (Template)§
Copy and paste this structure into your document every day:
1. 🚦 Mood & Vitality Check * Energy Level: [1-10] * Stress Level: [1-10] (1=Relaxed, 10=Panic) * Comment: [One sentence on how you feel. Be honest. If you are burned out, say it.]
2. ⏱️ Time Summary * Start: [HH:MM] * End: [HH:MM] * Net Hours Worked: [X.X Hours] * (Paste a small screenshot of your Google Sheet entry here)
3. ✅ Output & Highlights * Account A: [Status, e.g., "Done, 2 Posts"] * Account B: [Status] * Wins: [Did a post perform well? Any positive interactions?]
4. 🧠 Learning & "F*ck Ups" (Radical Honesty) * Mistakes: [Did you get a ban? Did a post get deleted? Did you forget a rule?] * Note: Reporting a mistake is positive. Hiding a mistake is a firing offense. * Learnings: [What did you ask NotebookLM today?]
2. Why "Mood & Vitality"?§
We work remotely. We cannot see if you look tired or frustrated. * If you rate your Energy as 3/10 for three days in a row, we will contact you to help (reduce workload, change strategy). * Please do not lie and say "10/10" every day. We value human honesty.
3. The Close-Out Ritual§
This is the last thing you do before leaving your desk.
- Fill out the Daily Report Doc completely.
- Check Permissions: Ensure the doc is visible to the Manager.
- Telegram: Send the
🔴 Offlinemessage.- Must include: Total Hours, Short Mood status, and the Direct Link to today's report section.
Summary Checklist§
- Did you create a new entry for today in the Doc?
- Is the "Mistakes" section filled out (even if it says "None")?
- Did you include the Google Sheet screenshot?
- Is the Mood score honest?
