Implementation steps§
- Create the new list “Onboarding / Orientation” at the extreme left.

Add cards O-1 → O-7 exactly as titled. For Template-link cards:

Click Attach → paste the Trello-board‐template URL for that Phase.
- In the description paste bullet-links to the quick-start Markdown SOPs or PDF sections the operator must read.
- Convert nothing in this list to a template (they’re reference anchors).
- Update the existing Board Guide card (in 📥 Inbox) so its very first bullet says:
“Start with the Onboarding / Orientation list on the left — open 📜 Operator Orientation and follow the Phase tracker.” 5. Butler / Card-Repeater rules stay unchanged; they interact only with the operational templates in the Templates list.
Why add these pre-made cards?§
- Zero scavenger hunt – every link an operator needs to start the boot-camp is one click away in the board they’ll live in every day.
- Manager visibility – you can glance at the Phase-tracker checklist to know exactly where a trainee is without opening any extra boards.
- Phase isolation – each Phase has its own dedicated Trello board template (full of tasks, checklists, Butler rules) but the Personal board remains the un-moving cockpit and “single pane of glass”.
Feel free to tweak labels or list names to your colour scheme, but keep the card titles and link structure identical so the Clockify-description conventions and Butler automations you’ve already drafted still line up.
