Templates
Below is the minimal starter-set of cards you should create (or mark as card templates) inside every new Personal board. Everything else (Ops work, Meeting actions, Blockers, Kaizen ideas, etc.) is injected automatically by Butler rules, Card Repeater, or manual copy-from-Ops.

How to add them§
1. Create a list called “Templates” to the far right of the board
2. Add cards 2-4 there ➜ click “Convert to template” in the card back
3. Add cards 1, 5, 6, 7 in their designated live lists
4. Configure the Card Repeater Power-Up:
– Repeat “Daily Hygiene” every weekday 16:45 to 📥Inbox
– Repeat “Weekly Metrics Packet” every Friday 16:45 to 📥Inbox
– Repeat “Mini-Retro + Kaizen” every Friday 16:55 to 📥Inbox
5. Enable the Butler rules you already drafted (WIP-cap, Blocker escalation, etc.)
Result: The operator sees only these seven cards when they open the board for the first time. From that moment on, every recurring artefact and real Ops card flows into the board automatically, and the operator works entirely inside this single cockpit.
