Why it must be there / how it’s used A brand-new personal board has no Butler rules yet. This template walks the operator through creating the four core repeaters that keep Daily Hygiene, Weekly Metrics, Mini-Retro + Kaizen, and Invoice Packet cards landing in their 📥 Inbox at the correct local time every day / Friday. The operator copies this card to 🚀 Learning Loop during Phase A (Step A-10), works through the checklist, attaches screenshots of each Butler rule, then archives the card.

### Why this matters
If a Hygiene card doesn’t drop *automatically* you’ll forget evidence export, the Digest, invoices, or Kaizen.  
One-time work now = thousands of future clicks saved.

## 1 · Open Butler → Rules tab
Trello board › Automation ▸ **Rules**.

## 2 · Create four time-based rules

1. **Daily Hygiene**  
   - **Trigger** : Every weekday at **16 : 45**  
   - **Action** : Create a card from template **TEMPLATE – Daily Hygiene** in list **📥 Inbox** at top position.

2. **Weekly Metrics Packet**  
   - Trigger : **Every Friday 16 : 45**  
   - Action : Create card from **TEMPLATE – Weekly Metrics Packet** in **📥 Inbox** (top).

3. **Mini-Retro + Kaizen**  
   - Trigger : **Every Friday 16 : 55**  
   - Action : Create card from **TEMPLATE – Mini-Retro + Kaizen** in **📥 Inbox** (top).

4. **Invoice Packet**  
   - Trigger : **Every Friday 17 : 05**  
   - Action : Create card from **TEMPLATE – Invoice Packet** in **📥 Inbox** (top).

*(If your pay-cycle is bi-weekly: leave the repeater as-is—RI-SOP-3 knows to skip when no approved minutes.)*

## 3 · Screenshots for evidence  
After saving each rule:

* Click the rule › **three-dot menu ▸ Copy link** and paste the URL below the checklist.  
* Grab a quick PNG of the rule settings (windows ⇧ ⌘ 4 or Snip) and attach to this card.

## 4 · Local-time sanity check  
Wait until the next :45 / :55 window; confirm a test card appears.  
Delete the test card—repeaters are now live. 🎉
