1 · What to do§
Open your Inbox / Unsorted list and move each of the pre-loaded cards to its long-term home:

| Locate README in the Personal OS for Freelancers! | Urgent & Important → Todo lane | You really need the README first. Drop it in Q1 so you “Do Immediately”, then archive when you’ve opened the file once. |
| Schedule All Hygienes to repeat themselves | Templates list (far right) | It’s a helper card you’ll copy rather than work on; store it with the other template cards. |
| Phase A – Device & Core-Stack Setup | Urgent & Important → Todo lane | Phase A is your very next action; park it at the top of Q1 until complete, then move to Done. |
| Phase B – Orientation & Mind-sets | Not Urgent, Important (Q2) → Todo | Important but not today; it becomes Q1 only after Phase A goes green. |
| Phase C – Subsystem Mastery Loop | Not Urgent, Important (Q2) → Todo | Same logic—awaits its turn after Phase B. |
| Phase D – Sim-Day Boot Loop | Urgent, NOT Important (Q3) → Todo | Future urgent-ish deadline but not important yet; lives in Q3 until promoted. |
| Phase E – Boot-Retro, Kaizen, Graduate ✅ | Q4 (Delete / Park) | You’ll duplicate a fresh Graduate Request card when the time comes; this placeholder can be archived. |
| Sort Your Inbox! (this card) | Leave in Inbox | It’s your perpetual prompt; keep it as the very last Inbox card. |
